The Foot & Playsted story started in the shadow of the great depression, in 1926, when Jack Foot & William Playsted combined their experience and craftsmanship - enabling the face of commerce in Launceston to become professionally branded through print communication.
Through difficult times while many traditional businesses began to close, Foot & Playsted remained. Through investing significantly in the latest digital printing technology, Foot & Playsted were able to stay ahead of the game. And – not only this – but they hope to be around long into the future.
The decision was also made to aquire Tasmania’s only bookbinding services, only diversifying their already large branch of specialties.
Today, the business is regularly embracing new methods to modernise and exceed customer demands. Foot & Playsted has been trusted by generations of businesses throughout Tasmania to deliver innovative and quality printed products. That value still drives the 25 people who make up the Foot and Playsted team today.
Our past has moulded us into the business we are today and we would be delighted to weave your story into our future.
